Ruble’s rebound | Sanctions, oil, political slaps fail to dump Russian economy


The ruble is rumbling up and then down a bit, in other words holding ground. Bloomberg notes what was meant to be a punishment – sanctions- hurt but are now healing. The tone is changing. The Russian currency is stabilizing. In fact falling late last year amid the Ukraine crisis the ruble is now fluctuating like back in 2009.
