Under the guise of fighting terrorism, Americans are now facing illegal detention, torture and murder. The Military Commissions Act and the John Warner Defense Authorization Act. The average citizen is now labeled as a terrorist by Homeland Security as their inspired documents, such as the MIAC Report,
define domestic terrorism as the mere act of criticizing our
governmental leaders, supporting Ron Paul, being a Libertarian, being a

Next year, you will see roving blackouts and the doubling of utility rates as Obama makes good on his campaign promise of “necessarily skyrocketing utility rates.”
Americans will soon be subjected to the death panels of Obama care in which citizens
over the age of 70 are officially referred to as “units” and are
targeted for comfort care but not given life saving measures. This
is an undeniable, unmitigated and naked version of Eugenics cast in the
same flavor as that practiced by Margaret Sanger and Adolph Hitler.In the meantime, our youth are under attack through mercury laden vaccines which also contains the immune system destroying properties of the flu vaccine adjuvants of MF 59, Squaylene and now we find that the active ingredient for Lyme disease is in the patent for the current flu vaccine. “Americans for Fair Guns Act of 2012!” I think EVERYONE over the age of 21 should be able to purchase as many guns as they want. I think the 3 day waiting periods for hand guns was a good idea. I think the Assault Rifles being banned from distribution over the counter in all Sears Stores, the Walmarts, Dicks Sporting Goods (All Retail Stores), etc. is “Another good idea!” What? I even think that if someone wants an “Assault Rifle,” they should be able to register and obtain one… But the same way you cannot drive a Motorcycle in the State of Fl., without a Motorcycle Drivers License, I think that if your occupation calls for the need an automatic weapon, you should be able to get “Checked out” for one. I have no problem with a man who has carried an M-16 for two or three tours in Iraq, to be able to safely handle an automatic M-16 here in the U.S. I like the idea of “HIM” with an automatic weapon over the mother who lived with a psychologically challenged boy with temper and anger issues to have one! I actually like the idea of our government worried that its citizens might just shoot back… Not idiots, but trained military guys? Yeah, “I want them all over my neighborhood, because I don’t trust my government after flying two 767 airplanes into the WTC on 911, “DO YOU?”

Maybe these classes could probably be well suited in the hands of anyone who has a Federal Certification which should not be given to anyone who has not been a member of the Military Police, or even better, that “Should” be given by someone who has been through a few tours of duty, and actually carried, and shot these weapons without flipping out and killing after they returned home after their tours of service.
I think there are allot of damaged kids coming home as Sergeant and even Corporals who have serious issues with TSD, and I want someone who can tell that they do. In fact, if they did come back from duty, maybe they should not have access to these weapons until they have been back for 2 years, and cleared by the Military psychologist.

It has been posited that the American people have three boxes to facilitate change in their government, the ballot box, the jury box and the ammo box. Clearly, the ballot box has failed. If we cannot effect change through the jury box, blood will flow in the streets, maybe yours!
There exists an agent of force, well armed and trained, ready to unquestionably enforce the judgements of our courts, but it is up to us to see to it that those judgements are constitutionally compliant. “Jail For Judges” will do that.
As it stands, the courts will attempt to adjudicate all legislative issues before them on any basis other than it’s constitutionality. Only when all other options have been exhausted will a court address the issue of constitutionality. Common sense dictates that the first issue to be examined is whether a particular law is in conformity with the constitution as the USSC has determined that any law not in conformity with the constitution is null and void “ab initio” which means from it’s inception. Every judge has allegedly sworn an oath to support and defend the constitution within which is found your right to due process of law. A void judgement is defined as a denial of due process.(Black’s law,6th ed.) And yet you cannot find a judge anywhere that will vacate an existing judgement for being void on it’s face, that is, the court record demonstrates a clear violation of due process. Clearly, “Jail For Judges” is the appropriate remedy.
That’s certainly true! The doltish Von Ribbentrop caught a lariat loop, whereas the venal Von:Braun, who adored his Adolph no less, found fame and fortune doing the same old same old for the Fourth Reich.
That must not be taken to mean, however, that the Nuremberg concept itself — accountability for those who make mass murder — was invalid.
And as far-fetched as it must appear to those who envision DeathStar America as omniscient in perpetuity, there will come a time when this hideous reprobate entity will be seen for what is — the most corrupt nation in all of human history. And when that moment arrives — and it will sooner than we think, for it is always later than it seems — the Warlords, their Munitions Makers, their Financiers, and their Propagandists (both Lickspittle Liberal and Craven Conservative) will, at long last, find themselves facing the selfsame fate that they so blithely bestowed upon so many for so long.
