達賴喇嘛搭機來台發表三點聲明

（中央社記者郭傳信新德里30日專電）西藏流亡精神領袖達賴喇嘛在新德里國際機場搭機飛往台灣之前，發表三點聲明指出，此行是應台灣人民邀請，非任何政治團體；此行目的是安撫災民和超度亡靈；此行純為台灣人民祈福消災，並無任何其他因素考量。

達賴喇嘛今天下午1點（當地時間）在新德里國際機場貴賓室候機時發表上述三點聲明。達賴預計台灣時間晚上9點多飛抵台北。
