Banking System “a Long Way from Healthy,” Ken Rogoff Says

In the following Tech Ticker interview Harvard professor Ken Rogoff says that the U.S. banking system is far from healthy. He talks about how the government is misguided in giving the banks more money through the TARP program and how that initiative isn’t doing anything to fix failing banks.
