In the following video I show the current state of the Connerton development which is located in the central portion of Pasco county Florida. The builder of the project had originally planned on building 8,000 homes in the subdivision, only 300 of that number were actually built. A few days ago Connerton’s builder shut down the sales office and laid off the remaining 10 employees who worked for him.
